How do I activate the 5000 GB promotion for a year?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app and have the correct cyclical renewal bundle - see the previous question for a list. If you do, simply activate the promotion via code *111*1232*1# or in the Play24 app go to the For You tab and navigate to the 4800 GB promotion and click on the "Get 400 GB" button. We will automatically grant you an additional package of „200 GB for start”.

You'll get 600 GB for a start and 11 x 400 GB packages, each for 30 days. You'll get the first one straight away and subsequent ones every month when your recurring package renews. Each time, you will receive an SMS confirmation that 400 GB is already in your account.

How long does it take to activate the extra GB bonus from the 5000 GB promotion?

We activate each package up to 24 hours after ordering the activation of the package or the renewal of your cyclical renewal bundle. This usually takes a few minutes or so.

Until when will I have valid GB if I have more than one 400 GB package?

Each of the 400 GB packages is valid for 30 days from its activation. In the Play24 app in your funds you will see the total of all GB to be used and the expiry date of the package that will expire the latest.

I already have the XL 5G bundle (60 GB at full speed) for 45 PLN. Will I get 400 GB from the 5000 GB promotion when my bundle renews for another month?

You must first activate the 5000 GB promotion - you will do this using *111*1232*1# or in the Play24 app under the For You tab. Then click on the 4800 GB promotion and the "Get 400 GB" button. 

You will receive the first of the 12 packs immediately, and the subsequent packs automatically - every month when your cyclical renewal bundle renews.

Can I use the 5000 GB promotion for a year if I already have another cyclical renewal bundle e.g. Package L for 40 PLN?

Yes. It may be that when you try to activate the bundle you get a message that you already have another bundle and you need to deactivate it first - e.g. you try to activate XL  5G bundle (60 GB at full speed) but you already have L bundle. 

No worries - you won't lose your GBs from the deactivated package. Simply switch off your current package, then switch on a new one for minimum 45 PLN. And then turn on the promotion with the code *111*1232*1# or in the Play24 app under the For You tab.

What happens if my recurring package does not renew?

You will not receive 400 GB, but... nothing lost!  Top up your account as soon as possible and re-activate your cyclic bundle for a minimum of 45 PLN.

If it has not been 30 days since the previous cyclic bundle was switched off, you will get another 400 GB automatically on your account. Then we wait for the next renewal to give you the next of the 11 x 400 GB packages. Just don't wait too long - you'll get the 11 packages within a year maximum of activating the 5000 GB promotion.
